Ondel-ondel is show the people that have been there for centuries in Jakarta and surrounding areas, which today is a territory Betawi. Ondel-ondel considered a form of theater without a speech, large doll-shaped bamboo frame. Ondel-ondel depicting men face painted red, depicting a white or yellow-faced women.Ondel-ondel commonly used to enliven the procession, like a bride paraded circumcision and so forth. Musical accompaniment ondel-ondel not certain, depending on each group. There are accompanied Tanjidor, and there is a Betawi martial drum accompaniment. Those that are accompanied by Bende, "Kemes", Ningnong and Tambourine Ketimpring.
